Hello,

I currently have an issue with the sender Domain I registered on my account.
Using DNS checker, it seems that the CNAMES are okay but on the mailpoet account it says that the DNS records are not setup correctly.

Why is that?

This is a very urgent issue, thank you very much for your reply.

Looking through your account I can see that you’re attempting to create DNS records for the website: news.capitole-finance.fr which doesn’t have a subscription linked to it on your account. May we know why you’re doing this?

Thank you for your feedback.

Our client absolutely wants to use this domain dedicated for their email adresses.

We unfortunately have no other option.

Is there any solution?

Hi again,

So if the domain and site belong to the customer they can totally do it.

Here’s a tutorial that explains How to Change the Domain Associated with a Key

Once you have done that you can set up the DKIM for that domain.
