Hi @sumon1068,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re using a custom domain/ email alias, you can ignore those warnings.
For more information, please refer to this thread.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve read the thread you refered. If I include _spf.google.com, spf passed and emails are being sent.
But dkim fails.
I searched a lot. I’ve found that to add dkim record, I must have Workspace.
Can I get dkim record for free gmail?
Hi @sumon1068,
For Gmail (or any other free email services like Hotmail etc), you don’t have to add DKIM records. So you can simply ignore those warnings.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
Hello,
I’m sorry that I couldn’t make my question clear.
I know that For Gmail (or any other free email services like Hotmail etc), we don’t have to add DKIM records.
But if I add custom email for “From Email” to work with Gmail (as alias), dkim fails.
In that case, can I get dkim record for free gmail?
Hi @sumon1068,
I apologize for the confusion!
The free Gmail with a custom “from email” domain will display a DKIM suggestion, which should be ignored for now.
This is actually an issue with our email validation tool.
Our developers are planning to resolve this within an upcoming release.
Have a nice day!
