This error message, “this file should not be imported in this context,” may be caused by a few different factors. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check the JSON file format: Ensure that the JSON file you’re trying to import is specifically a Divi layout file and not a module or section file. Divi portability is designed for importing entire layouts and may not work correctly if you’re attempting to import an unsupported file type.

Deactivate Divi Torque temporarily: Try temporarily deactivating Divi Torque to see if the issue persists.

Update Divi and Divi Torque: Ensure that both Divi and Divi Torque are updated to their latest versions.

Check for plugin conflicts: Deactivate other plugins one by one to see if there’s a conflicting plugin causing the issue. If the problem disappears after deactivating a specific plugin, reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

I hope these troubleshooting steps help you resolve the issue with Divi portability and Divi Torque. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Upgraded to latest version for Divi to v4.20.4 and Divi Torque to v3.6.1. But the issue is still persists.
The issue only happen when Divi Torque is activated.
Would need the support team to check in details as this is a long unsolved issue. Thank you.
