Dividing posts under categories

Hey guys,
So i started a new website, almost about everything. What I want to do is, to enable a ‘like’ feature, so registered users can like the post. The problem is, I want to divide the whole site into different sections. Like, a music one, a sports one, and technology one blah blah blah. And under each category, should be 3 pages;Hot,Trending,Fresh(kinda like 9gag). So, any new post goes straight to the fresh page under the respective category. Once it gets xno. of likes, it goes to Trending, and once it getsyno. of likes, hot. How do I go about this?
