# Divi Update Crash

 * After what should have been an incremental update, I received the PHP error below.
   What makes this bizarre is two fold:
 * 1. I am unable to to login to WordPress. Even an attempt to reset my password
   resulted in an error that no account was found. I had to create a dummy account
   to simply post on the forum.
 * 2. As I am unable to login to WordPress I can not rollback Divi to the previous
   version.

   admin
    —- A few ideas to start with: -do you have access to login to your webhosting
   account – can you get to your WP-Content folder? -do you have a backup of your
   database and files that can be used to restore your website to a version before
   your recent update? —- you can check in the database connected to your website(
   often accessible in PHPMYADMIN) in your webhosting account) to see which email

 * I have access to the domain within Infomaniak, however direct access to anything
   WP has proven unsuccessful.
 * Every attempt creates the Fatal Error from the previous reply.

 * 2 suggestions:
 * 1-Contact Divi theme support for guidance: [https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/](https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/)
 * 2-Contact the company hosting your website for guidance to find the WP-Content
   folder and database connected to your website.
 * 3-Ask your webhosting company if they have a backup copy of your website that
   can be restored
 * 4-Is Infomaniak the webhosting company?

 * I’ve contacted the good people at Divi and awaiting their response.

 * I was able to ftp a backup copy and everything is operating perfectly splendid.
