Divi Theme 2.4

    I have just installed wordpress 4.2.2 and downloaded Divi 2.4 and I am trying to install it. but installation keeps failing. every time. and it keeps asking me to “Are you sure you want to do this” “Please Try Again”.
    I have tried to install one of the featured themes that come with wordpress and it was successful. Elegant themes are saying the zipped file downloaded is correct and there are no documentation or licensing files that I have to remove or separate the PSD files from the Theme file.
    What am I doing wrong here?

    – Please contact the developer directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.     Your best bet, if you are using Divi theme, is asking Elegent theme support: http://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/

    yes I got it sorted out but on my own.
    Elegant Themes suggested that I manually install the theme and found it to be a little complex for a new bee like me although they have it explained well in a video link they sent me. what I did is installing the old Divi theme I have (2.0) and them upgrading it to 2.4. and it was simple.

    if you have the old version of the theme I highly recommend that.
