Divi 5 Visual Builder

I am testing the plugin still but I migrated a site to Divi 5, since then images do not appear in the visual builder? They do appear fine on the front end and do appear when you select and save a page. However close it and repopen and it is not longer visible and shows as a broken image.

I have been back and forth on this with Divi support and I have no idea where this issue lies, with you, Elegant Themes or is it even a hosting issue my side? All seems to work in Divi 4 but not the new 5 builder.

Do I need to do an upgrade to a paid plan? I plan on doing this but not until I know where this issue lies, it’s not such a big issue on site updates but a real pain when designing a site.

Let me know if there is any known issues or if the whole thing is still in limbo?
