    According to posts at Themeforest, Diverse Solutions has stated that it is no longer accepting new clients.

    I have not been able to get Diverse Solutions to return calls or emails about new accounts in over 2 weeks.

    The poster at Themeforest claims to have received this email response when enquiring about opening an account…

    Hello Jim,

    As per my other post, I have been unable to locate any emails from a “Jim Hubbard” or voice messages in the past few weeks. The last email from someone with this name to our Support Team was May 29, 2016 which we did respond to the same day.

    We are still supporting our existing clientele and will continue to do so. However, we are not currently taking on new customers at this time.

    Then you need to check your online message forms. I have sent you 2 messages via that in the last 2 days. I have also submitted a request for support for a client who has an account that had not been paid while she tried Boomtown on a recommendation from a mortgage broker but now wants her WordPress site back online. Nobody answers the phone at Diverse Solutions and nobody seems available for chat via your chat box on your site.

    While we would hate to see your dsIDXpress solutions go, we’d all really appreciate some straightforward answers from Diverse Solutions regarding dsIDXpress so that we can best help our clients.

    Cutting off communications and leaving us in limbo simply means a breaking of the trust that we (designers and developers) had in Diverse Solutions.

    I will try your email but I am also checking into other solutions as your company’s actions during this seeming shut down has left me with real questions of trust and reliability that you seem unwilling or unable to address.
