You have javascript errors on both of your sites, most likely stemming from your themes, but it could also be coming from another plugin. I saw issues like this many times when WP 4.5 initially came out due to the updated jQuery being included with the core. Many users had similar errors that you have:

These errors will need to be resolved as they are stopping my scripts from working correctly. You could run through this article https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/article/1483/ to try and track down where these issues are coming from.
If you have other updates pending on your site be sure to update all themes/plugins, as the issues may have already been resolved in an update.

Hi thanks for that, I’ve already tried both sites using 2016 theme and ditty ticker doesn’t work still
Have you tried disabling all other plugins? Neither of those errors above are from my plugin.

Hi thanks for being patient, yes, i tried disabling all plugins & themes on both sites before I put this up.
Like I said, aside from updates I’ve made no changes to these sites for over a year, and everything was working perfectly for that time, until your update when the UI changed.
