Distinguish Share icons from Follow icons

    Thanks for the awesome plugin. I gave you a 5-star review. You’ve really done a great job in my humble opinion.

    Help I need

    I set my Share icons at the beginning of my posts/portfolio, and my Follow icons at the end of my posts/portfolio.

    But there’s no way for readers to know that the Follow icons at the bottom of my posts are Follow icons instead of Share icons.

    Any way I can add the words “Follow me” before the follow icons?
