  • I have had very little joy with this app since all the various upgrades. Feed does not update even with all the relevant information having been completed and boxes ticked etc. Was great but now truly disappointing app.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Due to the current strict limitations in Facebook API, there are a few configuration rules you need to follow to overcome the issues in your Facebook feed.

    1. The feed will not work even if you are an admin/manager/editor of the page, but it has not been created with your Facebook developer account. So the Facebook page must be created by you only.

    2. Make sure to follow the steps in this tutorial, create a Facebook app, copy the App ID and App Secret, then paste them in Facebook Feed WD > Options section. After this, you can get the Page Access Token. Please check this video.

    I had the same issue.
    Do write to them, they will help you out. It is due to new FB privacy rules.
    1) Make sure you are logged on the FB account on which you created the page.
    2) Go through the entire process again, then re-create your feed.

    It all worked for me.
