• The more I use this plugin, the more Disappointed I get.
    Got the premium version, and integrated to EventPrime. I was not able to use it to approve/reject attendance to a free events. So I abandoned EventPrime.
    Now we are using only the Custom Statuses:
    1. You cannot filter on Entries with no status yet. Nor set a default status for new submissions. Hence you cannot find unassigned submissions.
    2. You cannot view the status in the inbox.
    3. You cannot use form fields in the email triggered to user’s when a custom status is set.
    4. When using automation, you cannot include the criteria of the Custom Status.
    5. I am not even sure when the Automation rules are run? I go and trigger it manually every time.
    6. When exporting the list as CSV, if your form includes Text Areas, and users used a ‘return’, it breaks the CSV file in multiple lines.

    Does not feel logical, intuitive, or user friendly.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We are planning to upgrade Custom Status feature soon which will address the problems you faced. Also the integration with EventPrime is planned to be much more robust in our roadmap.

    I am sorry the plugin is presently not doing enough to fulfil your requirements. Rest assured, all our plugins are constantly being developed with more features (many of which come from user requests) and if you return in future, you may find it a better fit.
