Dissallowing robots for the wordpress folder

Hi!

I installed wordpress into a folder called wordpress (like domain.com/wordpress/) and set it’s index.php into the upper folder(domain.com). For some reason, google is indexing both domain.com and domain.com/wordpress/ and it’s probably duplicate.
My question is: if I dissalow robots into the wordpress folder, search engines will still see the blog and all it’s archives, comments, etc?
