Disqus spam ads are inappropriate

Apparently Disqus does not monitor or block the spam ads, I have a client that is a doctor and I noticed that the comments area is loaded with inappropriate and often disgusting ads showcasing women in a horrific way. We were all shocked when we looked at the site today.

If you are going to force these ads you better find a way to control them, don’t you think????
