[Resolved] Disqus related question

  • Hello!

    I am using Disqus on my blog. Now I have a little question. I would like to move the Disqus part to a lower position … it is now like just below ‘Page to the left or right’ – buttons … I know it might be a stupid thing… but I think it would just be nicer if Disqus was stanfing a bit lower. This is the url; http://martijnincopenhagen.com/2011/09/04/qivitoq/
    So you can see what I mean. I am using the TwentyTwelve theme by the way.

    Thanks for your help. 🙂

    In your css, you could add a bottom margin to the navigation:

    Right now, your css, has this:

    .site-content nav {
    clear: both;
    line-height: 2;
    overflow: hidden;
    }

    Once changed to :

    .site-content nav {
    clear: both;
    line-height: 2;
    overflow: hidden;
    margin-bottom: 20px;
    }

    That will give you a nice margin of 20px between it and Disqus. Of course if you make a change to the theme though and there’s an update, you will lose your changes. You might want to make a child theme or use the custom css if you have jetpack installed.
