The discovery boxy isn’t displaying when enabled in the advanced settings. Everything else works fine.
Can anyone from the Disqus team help with this? I’ve even submitted an email to their support address.
Figured it out.
Turns out Disqus’ algorithm will only display the Discovery Box when it has picked up enough data (comments) through the plugin itself. So even if you have hundreds of comments in previous posts, that data alone is not enough to trigger it—the Discovery Box will begin to show up once new comments are submitted using the Disqus system.
