# Disposable Email Blocking

 * I am in the process of evaluating Cleantalk and am trying to figure out how to
   block disposable email domains like spamgourmet.com as well as gmail.com, hotmail.
   com and other free personal email domains. I was not able to find much documentation
   on this topic. I tried adding the email domains in a personal blacklist (*.gmail.
   com) as is described in the manual, but received the following error: “*.gmail.
   com – Wrong format”. When I search spamgourmet.com and other temp email domains
   in the Cleantalk database they come back clean.
 * How do I configure disposable email domain blocking?

 * Yes, you are right, there was a wrong format example in the documentation. I’ve
   corrected it just now.
 * Add domains to your Personal Lists without asterisks and @ symbols — gmail.com,
   mail.test, mail.org

 * I didn’t realize that I need to select “Domain” rather than “Email Address”.
