Displaying the entire post

I created a custom post to display quotations. I want the entire post to display in the post grid. Instead, the post grid interrupts the text with […]. All the regular WP and plugin settings seem to do nothing. I cannot find the php causing this feature to edit it. What is the php I should be looking for and how would I edit it to display the entire post?
