Displaying shortcode when visit my site on mobile device!

    I am using Divi theme form elegant theme. My site is http://www.creativespotlights.com/ It looks good on desktop view and also good if re-size the browser for mobile view but problem is when visiting on Mobile device.

    When you will go to my site with mobile browser it’s displaying shortcodes instead of page content.

    What’s the problem, can anyone please help me?

    Have you asked Elegant Themes about this?

    Or tried deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that?

    Yes, I have contacted to Elegant Theme’s support but didn’t reply till now!

    Which plugin should I deactivate?

    Do you have JetPack mobile option turned on? Try turning that off.

    Yes, JetPack mobile option turned on. What’s problem with this?

    Isn’t Divi theme supposed to work on mobile devices by itself – I’d certainly expect it to. In that case, you do not need JetPack mobile.

    I dont have JetPack installed but it is happening with my site rapidentry.com.au
