Hello, I am a WordPress newbie and running a hosted wordpress site. I am in the process of creating a review website and want to filter by star rating. I have created a filter and assigned a category, adding the category and rating number to the posts. But when I click filter it either stays on the same page showing all the posts or goes to a new page and shows nothing. Sorry I have watched your videos but struggling to get my head around it any help or guidance would be appreciated.

    Thanks

P.S. I would like the results page just to show thumbnails as well if this is possible?

    Hi thanks for the reply.

Here is a link to the screenshots as requested. I am really sorry if I have made really simple mistakes. I would like to have a filter that works on the page its on, rather than redirect it if possible.

The site is not live at the moment.

    Thanks

Hi, sorry to be a pain, have you managed to look at the settings? Sorry I can’t send you a link.

I was wondering if the issue, is with the way we are displaying the posts with the Content View plugin, which uses a shortcode to display the posts?

    Thanks

    Hello

Yes! The plugin does not work with third-party templates.
