 * Hello,
 * I notice that some word press blogs have all posts listed on one page and it 
   takes forever to load. Are there plugins you can install to manage this better
   and have say 4 of the latest posts per page and then a link to go further back
   or does this have to be done using SQL/PHP modifications?

 * Just login as the admin and go to settings/reading and change it there.
