maybe you can edit/modify template files at templates/templates e.g. categories-list.php, events-list.php then add your counts there
to use templates: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/
I understand, but I have no idea which code to put there. Any suggestion?
Thx, BR
maybe you can create new placeholder which will allows you display number of events in the category – http://wp-events-plugin.com/tutorials/create-a-custom-placeholder-for-event-formatting/
*replace event with category
echo EM_Events::count('category'=>x);
So I must put this in categories-list.php and events-list.php? Is this entire code and below which section I must put it?
I already try some variants but didn’t work out 🙁
Thx, BR
yes, best would be creating new category placeholder e.g. http://pastebin.com/P2LL7qmd
I still didn’t manage this to work.
I put this code echo EM_Events::count(‘category’=>x); to categories-list.php and events-list.php (to the end of code) and this http://pastebin.com/P2LL7qmd to the end of function.php in child theme, but nothing happened. Number of post in categories still doesn’t show?

using the snippet link – did you add placeholder #_CATEGORYEVENTCOUNT in your formatting options at Events > Setting > Formatting > Event Categories ?
Now I added and it works. Link to page: http://www.tekaskeprireditve.si/tekaske-zvrsti-in-razdalje/
But doesn’t work in events. The result is displayed just for first category and isn’t styled. Example link: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/708/categorieseventsample.png/
