For the [gamipress_achievement] you have the attribute “global_times_earned”

For [gamipress_achievements] (in plural) this shortcode includes a few of custom attributes but also support all the [gamipress_achievement] attributes:

Have you wrote the shortcode with the correct doble quotes?

Here is how you should write it:
