# Displaying full posts

 * How do I get a full post to be displayed in a specific page? I can’t get anything
   to work, every freakin plugin displays a list of posts for me with the link to
   the post! I don’t want that, why are there so many plugins that do this!! Sobek’s
   Posts in Category gave me the impression that it would do what I want but it 
   does the same thing, it just shows me the title linking to the post, SO FRUSTRATING.
 * I tried to do it using loops but it completely messed up my layout as well as
   the formatting (no linebreaks). It can’t be that hard to do something as simple
   as displaying the last post from a specific category in a page!! Or even just
   displaying s specific post without anything extra. HELP!

 * I’m not sure I totally understand what you need to do. Perhaps you want to make
   that clearer…
 * To display the latest post from a category on a specific page I’d create a template
   with a query for posts from that category and limit the number of posts to one.
 * Then I’d create a page in WP and select the template I just set up.
 * That way that page would always display the latest post of the category you picked
   in the template.
 * Is that what you are looking for?
