You can use the order_by shortcode option.
Set it to either date_added or date_modified, depending on which suits your needs.
Example:
[connections order_by='date_modified']

I’m sorry, but I still do not understand, but I will try my best to answer your question regardless.
Please navigate to the Connections Templates admin page.
Click the Customize button for the cMap template.
The page will refresh, displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.
Click the Image panel.
Adjust the image size.
The following steps are essential…
Click an entry name in the preview. Any entry name will do as it does not matter which.
The preview will refresh, displaying the template’s entry detail/profile view.
In the Customizer, change the size of the image to your desired image size again.
These steps must be completed for each view of the template. This is why it needs to be done twice.
Publish the change and then exit the Customizer.
