Displaying fields from database

I made everything work for the pdf side and it’s ROCKING! I’m so excited. BUT I think in the process I broke this part. This is where I need your help I don’t what I did 🙁 this is why we do regression testing but I need help to figure it out because I didn’t do this part 🙂 Thank you in advance kind sir
