Displaying exercises on WordPress

Hi there, I’m yet to find an answer yet..
But I have a sports/gym website and I am wanting to be able to add exercises for each body part.
Similar to this:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder/lookup/filter/muscle/id/1/muscle/chest

Does anyone have any ideas for the most effective way of achieving this?
