Displaying a shortcode in Visual composer Modal Box element

Hello,

I am using WPBakery Visual Composer plugin along with Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to help me design my pages. I have created a plugin and would like to be displayed the content in a modal window. When I add my short code to Visual Composer’s Modal Box element, the outcome is on the page itself and the modal window is empty.

I know Visual Composer’s Modal Box element can take short codes, as I can display a Contact Form 7 form in a Modal window.

If anyone has any idea how I can get the content of my own plugin into the modal window, I would be much appreciated.
