Displaying a custom page template with a shortcode

Hello everyone,

A have a bunch of pages containing contact details of different staff members. On each page data is stored in custom fields and I’d like all those pages to use a particular custom page template. That template uses page meta data (i.e. contact details from custom fields) to display information in a table.

Is there a way to display one of those pages using a shortcode? I do know how to display the content of a certain page (see the link below) but I actually need its meta data to be displayed in a defined custom page template.
