Display wpd-avatar to left of wpd-comment-author on mobile?

First, thank you for creating and maintaining a comment with so many great free features.

Client wants the gravatar image to always be displayed to the left of/in front of wpd-comment-author, this includes mobile.

So:

Gravatar Comment Author

…instead of…

Gravatar
Comment author

wpd-avatar is located inside wpd-comment-left
wpd-comment-author is located inside wpd-comment-right

On desktop, the gravatar will display to the left of the entire comment which visually speaking is the same as being displayed to the left of the comment author name.

On mobile, the gravatar will display first, then a break occurs and the comment will appear underneath.

I’ve been able to do get a lot of customizations done successfully, but I’m a little stuck on this one.

Do you have a best practice suggestion or code example to achieve this on mobile devices?
