Display TinyMCE with visual editor disabled / HTML Editor

    Hello,

    I hate the visual editor, i prefer raw html editing so i have disabled the visual editor.

    I now come across plugins that add their buttons to the tinymce, the tinymce is not displayed in the html editor.

    How can i add a custom button perhaps beside the add media button? I’ve googled and all i come up with is how to add custom buttons to the tinymce which doesn’t help me at all.

    Any ideas welcome!
