# Display Table from External Database

 * I have mariadb on external server and would like to display views, update data,
   and provide access to routines(procedures) on that database. I have not found
   any topics addressing this. Is it possible to do so with TablePress by using 
   the external URL and adding sql commands to run procedures if needed? Thanks.

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Unfortunately, I have to disappoint you here. This is not possible with TablePress,
   as the plugin can not connect to real databases.
