My site contains a listing of stores, and I currently have a page that displays a search form that allows users to specify City/State/Country alongside the map. When a user selects any of the options, then I make a wordpress query to grab the appropriate posts and pass the post IDs along to the Geo Mashup map. Obviously, this returns stores that are specifically in that city/state/country, and the map only displays those stores. This is okay, but if there aren’t many stores in an area, it would be useful to get stores in other regions nearby.
So my question is: is there a way to have the results map focus on the region the user searched for, but when they zoom out, any surrounding stores will also show up?
