Display submenu under menu during navigation on menu page (1 post)

I'm a newbie on WordPress and I want to do thing is not easy. (I think...)

    My website is "http://flora.superitman.com".

On my website, I have a primary menu. Each item of menu is linked with a page.
Theses "menu" pages have child pages which are also "submenu" pages.

What I want is : When I navigate on menu page or on child page, it appears under menubar another bar with all submenus/child pages titles linked to this page.
So, when I navigate on page "Qui sommes-nous" I want a submenu bar appears with "Expérience" and "Qualité" just under the bar menu.

And when I navigate on, for example, page "Expérience" I want a submenu bar appears also with "Expérience" and "Qualité".
In this case, the "Expérience" submenu would be grey or other to indicate that this page is consulted at this time.

I don't know if my question is clear enough.

If not, can you ask me to have more details ?

    Thank you in advance,

PS : Sorry for my bad English
