Display sub categories inside the menu on the main page

Hello …
Stuck in a query very badly..
I wanted to display sub categories on the page,

I created a category, and i created a menu of the same category,
there are 5 different sub categories that are nested under that particular category.

I wanted to display all these sub categories that is nested under this menu
