# Display Rule

 * Hi, as shop manager user, I can not manage display rules. After clicking plus(
   +) button to add a new rule, nothing happens.
 * Console logs: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of
   403 ()”
 * It is not possible to switch off the single pop ups. After refreshing, the status
   shows Active
 * As an admin user, there is no trouble at all.
 * I have tried deactivating the cache plugin.

 * We are sorry for the delay, but we have got some updates for you regarding the
   reported issue.
    Upon the investigation, we have found out, that the issue is
   connected with the Wordfence, which blocks the Popup Builder requests.
 * In case you have the Wordfence plugin, please, follow the steps below to solve
   the issue:
 * 1. Open the Wordfence
    2. Navigate to All Options 3. After, open the Rules 4.
   Click on the Show all Rules 5. Turn off the mentioned section of the screenshot:

 * Make sure to clear the cache of the website for an accurate result.
