display problem with write post and page admin pages

I’m hoping someone can help us out on this one. Everything seems to be working write except for when we click the write link in the admin and it displays the post.php file. What it is doing is not displaying the admin header. Everything else seems to be displaying right. I believe I can see the footer and we get the form to type but the top part of the page doesn’t display. The writing and editing posts and pages are the only section of the admin section that doesn’t display the header.

Any help can be appreciated cause it also causing us not to be able to save the post and stuff. I’ve tried uploading the files again and still the problem persists.
