Hi, I have a display problem with the plugin. When I arrive on my site, on the first load of each page, the plugin is displayed in full screen, completely broken. But when I refresh the page, it looks normal. An idea of the problem ?
We noticed from the screenshot that the issue might be caused by caching on your site. To confirm this, please try disabling your caching plugin and then check the appearance of the cookie banner.
In order to better understand and resolve the issue, it would be helpful if you could allow us to look at your site with the plugin active on it. Please let us know if disabling the caching plugin does not solve the problem.
Hi, thank you for the answer. I had already tried disabling the cache plugin but that didn’t change anything. I just tried again but it still doesn’t change anything. I have just reactivated all the plugins (CookieYes and W3 total cache) so that you can visualize the problem.
Thanks for your quick update. As we looked at your site, the banner is visible and displayed as it is intended to be. We couldn’t replicate the issue you described.
Indeed, when you arrive on the home page, the cookie bar is displayed correctly. But when you navigate through the site, the problem appears. You have to refresh the page so that the cookie bar is displayed correctly again.
We’d be happy to assist with this issue. In order to get a clearer picture of your site’s configuration, could you please provide us with your site’s health information? You can find this information in the WordPress Tools menu, under the Site Health section, in the Info tab. If you could send it to us via this link privately, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your patience. Upon thorough debugging of your site, we have identified that the issue is related to a conflict between the theme and the plugin.
To resolve the issue, you can make use of the custom code snippet provided to you through the link.
