 * Date and time is activated on the default, shows up on every post header. Would
   you like to show up the date and time in the message area?

 * setlocale value is depends of installed codepage on your server. Try out zh_CN,
   zh_HK, tw, cn maybe there is one installed on your system. In doubt ask your 
   ISP.
