 * How can I use this plugin ? I would like to display some texts on popup when 
   the site/Home Page loads first time.

    You will need to install the free plugin and after
   create the popup that you wish. After, you can add the popup on the home page
   from the display rules [like this. ](https://prnt.sc/sbqe90) Then you can add
   a popup limitation so that it will be opened once for the same user [from here. ](https://prnt.sc/sbqeki)
