# Display Only Once

 * I’m assuming “display only once” means the ad will display only one time in it’s
   placement during the user’s current session.
 * Does that also apply to the Peepso stream placement? The ad will appear only 
   once in the stream during the user’s current session?

 * The [display only once option](https://wpadvancedads.com/manual/optimizing-the-ad-layout/#Display_Only_Once)
   is made to ensure that the same ad unit appears only once on the entire page,
   even if it is injected by multiple placements/ad groups.
 * Unfortunately, this option doesn’t work together with the Peepso stream placement.

 * you could add the [max. ad impressions](https://wpadvancedads.com/manual/max-ad-impressions/)
   either to an ad/group or to the Peepso stream placement and set a rule to show
   it, for example, only once within 120 sec (or any other time value).
