Display number of open tickets for logged in User?

    Hi,

    I would like to be able display a link – something like –

    ‘3 Open Tickets’ – for the logged in user – which they can then click on to access those tickets.

    Is this possible with your plugin (free or Pro) please?

    Hi,

    At admin, JS Support Ticket ticket widget, which show how many tickets are opened, waiting answered and overdue.
