# Display Name

 * I have just discovered this plugin, and it looks perfect for a new site I’m creating
   where I’ll need to elicit a lot of feedback.
 * Everything currently seems to be working fine, though I haven’t tried actually
   emailing anything yet because I can see a problem that, for me, is a major sticking
   point.
 * All my users will be logged in, and currently your plugin identifies them by 
   username. However, my users never know their username, so it would be much better
   for me if your plugin used Display Name instead.
 * Can you modify the plugin for this, or else tell me what code I need to add to
   get it to work as I’d like, please?

 * First of all, it’s great to hear you find the plugin interesting!
 * If users are already logged in, they don’t have to write their name and email
   address down. It just takes this data from their user profiles.
 * Can you tell me where exactly you see the wrong name / you want to see the display
   name? Maybe you might have just found a bug.

 * That was quick! I thought you’d be asleep!
 * If I click the Feedback tab, it says:
 *     ```
       FEEDBACK
   
       Hi, username
       ```
   
 * But that won’t make any sense to my users, because they don’t know their usernames.
   That’s why Display Name would work better.

 * Hmm, very interesting! I can see in the code that you have it set to display 
   Display Name, so I turned the plugin on and off a few times, and now it’s working!
 * (Just for clarification, I was a little inaccurate about the message: it says“
   Hello” not “Hi”.)
 * I have tested it further by changing it from `display_name` in the code to `nickname`
   and back again, and it changes as it should each time. So it looks fine now. 
   Perhaps it just didn’t register properly the first time.

 * Hi Pascal, the instruction on how to make the feedback show to guest/non-logged
   visitors is confusing to me. I don’t get how to use load_user_feedback hook. 
   Where to paste function code? Which file?

   when I try to test as anonymous on firefox, after highlighting something, nothing
   happens. Np with chrome, IE and safari. I test it. This only happen on firefox.
   The popup box where you put your note/comment won’t load after highlighting.
