 * Great plugin.
    My question is, how can I have a field that sets the nickname (
   display name) of the user?

 * Thank you for contacting us.
 * You may bind a text field field using “nickname” meta key.
 * Please follow the steps below :
    1. Add a new text field in your form field. 
   2. Click on advanced settings 3. Select the option “Map To UserMeta” 4. Insert“
   nickname” Meta Key in the field provided
 * You may also bind other fields by following same steps.
