Display meta box above content box

  • Short version:
    I have my custom post types working pretty much exactly how I want them, but I have a problem with the usability on the admin interface. I want to put the custom meta box above the main content textarea.

    Long version:
    I have created a custom post type for biographies for a vocal group. I am using the main content box for the bio, the title for the name, and have added custom fields for voice part, hometown, etc. I am using the featured image along with some custom thumbnail sizes to get images along with each member’s bio page.

    On the edit page, I want to display the fields in the following order:

    Name (Title)
    Custom fields (Voice part, hometown, etc)
    Bio (Post content)
