Display Link only in both Categories

    I have two categories, and a few links

    I want a shortcode that lists links only assigned to BOTH categories, at the moment it’s saying” Okay here’s the links from this category, and here are the links from that category” But some links are in both and causings duplications

    EG:
    [links category=”249″]

    [links category=”249 AND 325″]
