Display last month or next month name

Is it possible to use this plugin to display the name of the previous month, or the next month? I am setting up three e-commerce sites that will feature products tied to 1) current month’s products, 2)last month’s discounted products, and 3)next month’s products for pre-order. We would like to automatically generate the name of the current, previous, and next month names on the homepage or elsewhere on the site.
