When adding the (new) widget for a MailPoet subscription form, two issues arise:

    1. There’s always a big empty space above the form. I’ve tried several times with different forms, that big space always shows up.

    2. Even when I choose to have the words “name” and “email” display inside the fields, the words still appear above them. For now, I’ve disabled display inside to avoid double-display.

    Thanks for your insight.

    Hi there @misscatherine,

Hope you have been well, and apologies for the delay here.

Taking a look at your site, it appears you’ve resolved the second issue, as I see the Name and Email labels are displaying inside the fields of your form.

As for the first point, were you still trying to sort that out, or do you have it displaying as you wish now? I see there is a bit of space above your form, but not a very large amount.

If you wanted to have less space, I see that the spacing above the form appears to be a combination of spacing on the form title, and what seems to be another widget block above the form:

Please let me know if you were happy with the current display, or if you were trying to remove some spacing still.

    Thank you

Hello and thank you for your reply.

There is no widget above the form. If I do had a widget (like an image in this screenshot), you see the spacing is too large. Is there any way to limit this spacing?
