Display issues with create pdf

    I use multistep forms with Create PDF. Since I added the PRO-Version of multistep forms there are display issues with the sent pdf. E. g. the checkboxes are not displayed as checkboxes. I only get the codes instead like [checkbox-006]or the checkboxes and text areas are not displayed at all.
    Look forward to your hints for debugging.
