Display Issues with Avada Theme

    Icons are not displaying properly on my documentation pages. I’ve cleared all my caches a few times and that has not helped. I’m currently running the Avada theme, which has font-awesome icon functionality built in. (Not sure if that is something that could conflict with it).

    Thank you for checking back with me, Tareq!

    The issues were caused by PHP 7. SiteGround had some known issues with OpCache and the Avada theme that were causing really odd issues with plugins. (Like I would activate a plugin and it would say it activated, but on refresh it wasn’t activated.)

    Those issues were causing major display errors with the WeDocs plugin, but once I downgraded from PHP 7 to 5.6, the errors went away.

    Just a few days ago, siteground said they fixed the OpCache error with PHP 7 and Avada, but I’m not ready to spend time testing it again. I think the whole thing will be resolved by that fix, though.
